Standard delivery charge of €8.12 in the Island of Ireland (subject to a max weight of 10kg ). Orders of values less than 5kg will incur a standard delivery charge of €4.80 . We use a courier company for all deliveries and a signature will be required on delivery , please include your phone number on the order so that our delivery driver can contact you in the event you are not at home.

Please allow up to 3 to 5 working days for delivery after receiving your order confirmation notification.
Rest of Europe and International
Delivery charges for mainland Europe and the rest of the world are calculated by country and by weight. The price will be displayed in the Shipping section of your cart.
Delivery Times. If your order has been received and payment confirmed by our payment processors before 12 mid-day GMT we will dispatch same day, providing the items are in stock. Deliveries within Ireland are generally delivered the next working day after dispatch, however during the COVID 19 crisis please allow for delays of up to 5 days for delivery after placing your order with us.
Out of Stock Items. In the unlikely event that the item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you and let you know the expected delivery date. If you decide not to persist with your order, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. We shall not be responsible for any local customs charges, import taxes or duties or any similar charge(s) incurred through our carriage and/or delivery of any Consignment and you must satisfy yourself as to whether any of these charges will become due, and if so in what amounts, before completing an order with us. If any such charges become due as a result of our carriage and/or delivery of a Consignment on your behalf and are charged to us by any competent authority you agree to reimburse us fully in respect of the same within 7 days of our demand. Please check your customs and excise rules and regulations in your region before ordering health products.
Also please be aware that we do not send parcels to P.O box or Parcel Motel addresses.
RETURNS POLICY - Not satisfied with a product.
We are happy to refund or credit your account for any product provided it is returned un-opened. We will refund your credit card or credit your account with the value of the product excluding shipping charges. Please email email@example.com before returning any goods providing us with a reason for the return. We must receive the product within 14 days of purchase or we will not be able to process the refund.
1-You can use any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return.
2-If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box, please remove them.
Please ensure there is some form of packing (crumpled paper, bubble wrap etc) in the box with your product(s) to avoid any damage during shipping.
Once we receive your delivery we will verify that the product(s) are unopened and/or undamaged. Once this is complete we will begin the refund process. Please note that your refund consists of the price of the products purchased and does not include any shipping costs.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
